Allison Smith is a Paralegal within the Residential Conveyancing Team at Lamb Brooks.
Allison works on residential property cases, assisting Janine Pendry Clark with her caseload.
Allison joined the firm in July 2025 and has worked in conveyancing since 2001. Initially starting out as a legal secretary to the Property Partner at a firm in Henley on Thames (not knowing anything about law or conveyancing), she has considerable experience in dealing with matters from the very beginning (issue of estimates) to the end (closing the file) and everything in between.
Allison has worked for firms in the Thames Valley and Surrey areas – this is her first time working for a firm in Hampshire!
She is hard-working, friendly, and conscientious.
