Biography

Janine Pendry Clark has worked within the Residential Property sector locally for over 24 years. Her knowledge of the property market in Basingstoke and North Hampshire is unparalleled.

After 17 years away from Lamb Brooks, working at other local law firms, Janine returned in 2020 and was made Partner in July 2022.

She is extremely hard-working, efficient and personable, always building long-lasting relationships with her clients who will track her down years later to manage their next house move. Janine’s clients range from first-time-buyers to professional property investors.

Work Highlights

  • Assisted a large number of elderly, vulnerable clients with moving them from their property into supported living or retirement homes, often liaising with various relatives or dealing with family members who have power of attorney to manage the clients affairs on their behalf.
  • Using her compassion and patience dealing with clients who are acting as executors in the sale or transfer of property when someone has died, and they are going through a particularly difficult and distressing time.
  • Helping numerous young people as First Time Buyers get onto the property ladder, applying for Help to Buy ISAs and LifeTime ISAs and dealing with the various requirements in respect thereof.
  • Assisting clients buying and selling UK property whilst residing outside of the UK, ensuring that regular communication is kept up so that they understand how their transactions are progressing.
  • Dealing with unregistered properties for both sales and purchases, which can make the process more complex to deal with.

Outside of work, Janine is a busy mum of two, often running them between various sports and activities. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cycling with her family and socialising with friends and neighbours.
