Parking Instructions
If you are using a Sat Nav to find us, please use the postcode RG21 3BT, which will direct you to our car park behind our offices, sign posted ‘Little Victoria Street’. Client parking is available and the dedicated spaces are marked.
Accessibility
We are committed to being accessible to all. If you are able to travel to our offices but have any accessibility limitations, please advise us in advance so that we may make the most appropriate arrangements.
The main entrance to our reception area has a push button for easier access, but there is a small step. As the pavement frontage is narrow, there is insufficient space for a ramp and we are limited in the adjustments that can reasonably be made due to the main office building being a Listed Building (centuries old). However, we have other options, as referred to below that should hopefully assist. If the small step is not an issue, we have smaller meeting rooms on the ground floor; or our main meeting rooms are on the first floor and can be accessed via a lift - there are a few steps (with a handrail) leading down to the main meeting room waiting area. There are toiletry facilities in this building, but they are not accessible toilets.
Alternatively, we have a more modern office building nearby with an accessible meeting room and toiletry facilities. Kindly advise us in advance where this option is preferred/required so that we may arrange for the doors to that building to be unlocked, a ramp positioned in situ to enable easy access to our ground floor meeting room, and accessible toiletry facilities are available.
Otherwise, if you have any limitations making it difficult to leave your home, kindly advise us so we may arrange a home visit (predominantly for clients in the town and surrounding areas).
