Alec Brooks is a Partner and Head of the Company & Commercial Team at Lamb Brooks.
With over 20 years’ experience in advising businesses on a multitude of business legal requirements his portfolio of clients include a range of large internationals, UK corporations, entrepreneurs, SMEs, start-ups, non-for-profits and charities.
Alec offers commercial, forward-thinking advice to his clients on all aspects of running, growing and developing their businesses.
Alec has spent many years on secondment to an in-house legal department of a global mobile telecoms company and with this experience has come the benefit of understanding in-house issues, flexibility and best practice.
He adopts a commercial and pragmatic approach to finding solutions for his clients.

Outside of work, Alec attempts golf (badly) and skiing (even worse) and in warmer climates he enjoys dinghy sailing and is a certified PADI diver.
