Natalie Croxup is a Solicitor within the Family Law Team at Lamb Brooks.
Natalie completed her training at a Legal 200 firm with offices across Surrey and London, and on qualification in August 2023, practised at a boutique family firm specialising in high net worth matters. Natalie joined Lamb Brooks in 2026, having settled in North Hampshire and fallen in love with its beautiful countryside.
Natalie is conscious that no two cases are the same and focuses on each client and their circumstances individually to achieve bespoke arrangements. Natalie manages cases proactively and constructively and works with clients to analyse the benefits and costs (both emotional and financial) of any potential action.
Natalie is motivated by a desire to help clients and their families look to the future and build their lives in a way that works for them and their children. She is valued by her clients for her calm and pragmatic approach, sharp focus where it matters and straightforward, solutions-oriented advice.
Natalie is committed, where possible and practical, to utilise alternative dispute resolution (such as mediation and arbitration) and only to involve the court where necessary and as a matter of last resort.
