Injunctions
Injunctions
There are some occasions when a relationship breaks down when there is a need to offer protection to one party. This can be done by seeking protective measures from the Court in the form of a Non Molestation Order and Occupation Order.
A Non Molestation Order is an order preventing a person from using or threatening violence against the other or from intimidating, harassing or pestering them or their children.
An Occupation Order is an order capable of forcing someone to leave a property, usually the former family home. It can also exclude someone from part of the home or a geographical location.
These types of applications are generally made to the Court on an emergency basis.
Our specialist Family Law Solicitors based in Basingstoke can guide you through the process and offer you the support that is needed.

"This matter was an emergency in which my Solicitor, La-Toyah McKenzie was absolutely brilliant. She took action very quickly, she was confident on my case and very patient with me throughout the whole process. She was always there when I needed her via phone and emails. If it wasn't for La-Toyah I don't know where I would be"
